1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bonusgame ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing bonusgame.my, registering an account or using any service offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

bonusgame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English (Philippines) and this version constitutes the authoritative version. Any translations provided for convenience do not carry legal weight.

2. Eligibility and Account Rules

To register and maintain a bonusgame account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of the Philippines and are accessing the platform from within the Philippines.
• You are registering in your own name and for your own personal use only.
• You do not currently hold another active bonusgame account.
• You have not previously had a bonusgame account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting of your own free will and are not registering under duress or on behalf of a third party.

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. bonusgame carries out identity verification (KYC) as part of the onboarding process and at subsequent intervals as required. Failure to complete KYC verification or the provision of false information may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your username, password or OTP codes with any other person. bonusgame will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access was facilitated by your own failure to maintain account security.

3. Deposits and Payments

All deposits at bonusgame are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported deposit methods are Philippine local payment channels, which may include online banking, mobile banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets where available. The specific methods shown in your account at the time of deposit are the currently supported options.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods for gaming on bonusgame. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Deposits made in error or in excess of your intended amount are your own responsibility. bonusgame does not guarantee the reversal of any deposit once it has been credited to your gaming account. If you believe a deposit has been incorrectly processed, contact the support team through your account dashboard with relevant transaction details.

bonusgame reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited. This may include bank statements or other financial records. Failure to provide requested documentation may delay or prevent withdrawals.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at bonusgame are processed in Philippine Peso to a Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account KYC verification must be fully completed.

Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering and terms attached to the offer from which those winnings originated. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying those conditions may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. Real-money balances that are separate from any active bonus are not subject to wagering requirements.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bonusgame offers various promotions including deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other incentives. Every promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed within your account dashboard at the time the offer is available. These offer-specific terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

Players may only claim each specific promotional offer once unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — is prohibited and will be treated as abuse.

bonusgame reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, including for players who are in the process of completing an offer's wagering requirement, where there is evidence of abuse or where continued operation of the promotion is no longer commercially viable.

6. Responsible Gaming

bonusgame takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Online gaming is entertainment and should always be treated as such. Players should only ever wager money they can afford to lose. No gaming strategy guarantees a profit, and past outcomes on any game do not predict future results.

The platform provides tools within your account dashboard to assist with self-management, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. Players who feel that their gaming is becoming a concern are encouraged to use these tools or to contact the support team for assistance.

If you choose to self-exclude, that exclusion will be applied to your account promptly. bonusgame will not send marketing materials to self-excluded accounts and will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bonusgame and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method, identity or account credentials.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers or game mechanics in a way that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Any attempt to launder funds or use the platform for any financial activity other than legitimate personal gaming.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening other players or platform staff through any communication channel.

bonusgame reserves the right to monitor account activity and investigate any behaviour it reasonably suspects to be in violation of these terms. The platform may suspend access to an account pending investigation without prior notice where it believes there is a risk of harm or ongoing abuse.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

bonusgame may suspend or permanently close a player account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms. In cases involving confirmed fraud, identity misrepresentation or prohibited conduct, any real-money and bonus balances held in the account may be forfeited.

Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the support team through their account dashboard. Where a closing balance exists, bonusgame will process a withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all KYC requirements are met.

Voluntary account closure does not exempt players from any outstanding obligations under these Terms, including the repayment of any incorrectly credited amounts.

9. Limitation of Liability

bonusgame provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and error-free service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, free from errors or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or third-party service disruptions may affect availability without advance notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bonusgame's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have deposited in your account in the thirty days preceding the claim. bonusgame is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform.

You use the bonusgame platform entirely at your own risk. The decision to wager real money is yours alone, and bonusgame bears no responsibility for the outcome of any bet placed.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bonusgame operates. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through the standard support process will be subject to the dispute resolution procedures established by bonusgame, which will be communicated to you at the time any such dispute is raised.
